Dear Chinese participants,

We are sorry for the delay, but we now able to reply to your email in more detail. We hope to have a very strong delegation from both parts of Chinese-speaking world and we hope you still want to be involved.

• REGISTER: We urge you to register your group through our website:http://www.falconryfestival.com/register.asp?lang= . Please register your group so we can start looking at tickets. You are not committed/ obliged to travel if you register, but we cannot look at tickets until we know how many want to travel.  Those ‘working’ at the festival will be sponsored, but we do need everyone to register through our website.
  

• VOLUNTEER: For a full list of ‘jobs’ seehttp://www.falconryfestival.com/takepart.asp?lang= . If people want to volunteer for a ‘job’ (e.g. as National Representative of PRC and Taiwan), then they must send some information about themselves, falconry experience and maybe some photographs. You can also submit ideas of how to decorate the Chinese national tent. (Ideas on exhibition e.g. the History of Falconry in China and Taiwan - design, layout, artefacts etc.).
  

• COMPTETITONS: Encourage your colleagues to enter our Art and Photography Competitions. 5 finalists from each category will be sponsored to attend the Festival. More information at http://www.falconryfestival.com/art.asp?lang= or http://www.falconryfestival.com/photo.asp?lang=
  

• TRADERS: We are looking for companies who want to take a commercial trade stand at the Festival. If you know of any businesses (artists, falconry suppliers, book dealers, technology, veterinary etc.) refer them to me.
  

• SPONSORSHIP: Companies can sponsor many items, events, objects and services at the Festival. Contactinfo@falconryfestival.com for more information.
  

• FUNDRAISING: Unfortunately, we can’t sponsor everyone to attend the festival so we encourage clubs to try and raise money in their home countries. If you need any materials to support your fundraising then we will try to help if possible.
